Dam beams are simple valves that are placed in guide profiles. The system is mainly used as an emergency closure and serves as a temporary closure of open channels, with water pressure from one or varying sides.

Product description
ESEP Dam beams locking system for temporary or emergency closure of open channels. Dam beams made of aluminum, AlMgSi1 – F28 alloy, frame made of stainless steel AISI 304 or stainless steel AISI 316. Seal with waste water resistant EPDM rubber. The system is three-sided sealing.
Quality
Dam beam frame in stainless steel AISI 304 or stainless steel AISI 316. Aluminium dam beams (EN AW 6063 T6 SQ). Sealing with EPDM, CR and/or NBR. Version with different materials possible on request. Optionally with dam beam wrench for manual placement of the beams and beams with mounting lips (from width 1500 mm and/or welded aluminium dam beams; this type is mainly used in combination with lifting systems).
Other versions: Pressure installation (prevented drive-up of dam beams). Adapted working pressures and construction forms possible on request. Framework for the benefit of wall mounting (surface mounted) or suitable for collapse. Dam beams optional in stainless steel version
