New range of stainless steel sluice gates and check valves

Newly added to our assortment are stainless steel sluice gates, series ESA RVS, and stainless steel check valves, series ERK RVS.

The advantage of stainless steel is the high compression strength in combination with its resistance to aggressive environments.  The stainless steel sluice gate is mainly used for surface water, sewers and other aggressive environments where a sluice gate is required. The stainless steel check valve is used in surface waters, sewers, drainage systems with a pumping station and other aggressive environments where potential back-flow needs to be prevented.

Our stainless steel sluice gates can be implemented in SAE 304 or 316 stainless steel. They have a maximum operating pressure of 6 mwk on the front and 3 mwk on the back. Furthermore they come with a mounting for surface areas, or can be custom built for special mounting.

The stainless steel check valves are produced in SAE 304 or SAE 316TI, and come with a mounting for flat surfaces, or can be customized for special mounting.

Both of these product groups are available in the standard sizes or in custom versions by request. This can for instance be a horizontally moving sluice gate when there is a lack of space for the vertical movement, or extremely large sizes i.e. for artworks in river- or sea areas, as flood barrier or to allow maintenance to the artworks.
